In this scene from Renegade Trail, As "Hoppy" was talking to Sonny, after Sonny had upset his mother by laughing at her and getting her angry at him. Young Sonny was telling "Hoppy" that womenfolk don't like it much when they get laughed at, and "Hoppy" told Sonny, "and that's a good thing to remember about women when you grow-up!"

Grace 'Bradley' Boyd
William Boyd was married to Grace Bradley for 35 years. They lived on a California ranch called "Boyd's Nest".

THREE MEN FROM TEXAS was the first Hoppy film with Andy Clyde as 'California Carlson'.

This was the first in a long series of Hopalong Cassidy films. Notice the spelling of Hop-a-long, they changed it to plain Hopalong after this picture, and they also changed the title when this film was re-released, the title became 'Hopalong Enters.'

Morris Ankrum also known as Stephen Morris
One of the most seen bad guys in the Hoppy movies, Morris always played his part as the bad-guy very well, but at last I guess Hoppy won , because this bad-guy changed his ways and turned Judge, in the Perry Mason series.
